Sebastian Vettel has topped the timesheets of the morning session of the first day of the first pre-season testing in Barcelona.
As soon as the light went green this morning, Sebastian Vettel was one of the first drivers to head out on track, in his Ferrari. Vettel & Ferrari focused on runs with the Medium Pirelli tyres. By the end of the morning session, Vettel topped the timesheets with a time of 1:22.791, 0.378s ahead of Mercedes’ Valtteri Bottas, who has set his best lap time on the Soft Pirelli tyres. Vettel has completed 62 laps in total, in the morning session.
