The very first day of testing in Barcelona is completed, with Sebastian Vettel having done the most laps.
Lewis Hamilton was the driver who topped the timesheets at the end of the first day of testing in Barcelona, with a time 1:21.765, set on the Soft Pirelli tyres. Sebastian Vettel was just 0.113s off Hamilton’s time, with his own best lap time set on the Medium Pirelli tyres. Towards the end of the day, Vettel and Ferrari gave a try to the Hard Pirelli tyres. Seb ended the day with a total of 128 laps – the most completed.

Kimi Raikkonen will take over for Ferrari tomorrow, with Vettel testing again on Wednesday, March 1.
